Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital nature of our products

Skill2Sale sells digital products, downloadable resources and online courses. Access is granted immediately after payment verification, so digital purchases are treated differently from physical goods.

Refund eligibility

• Duplicate payment for the same order.
• Payment charged but access not delivered within 24 hours.
• Verified material technical defect in the delivered product that cannot be resolved by support.
• Incorrect access granted for a product or course.

Non-refundable situations

• Change of mind after access has been granted.
• Failure to consume the purchased content.
• Compatibility issues with third-party tools outside Skill2Sale's control.
• Products already downloaded or courses substantially consumed.

Cancellation of unpaid orders

Orders that are pending payment automatically expire and can be cancelled by the customer from the dashboard.

How to request a refund

Raise a request from your order page or email hello@skill2sale.app with your order number, product details and reason. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; provider timelines apply.
