Payment Policy
Product or course access is granted only after successful payment verification.
Payment gateway
Payments are processed by the configured payment partner. Skill2Sale does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords.
Supported methods
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets supported by our payment partner.
Currency
All prices are shown and charged in INR unless a product page states otherwise.
Server-side verification
Every payment is verified server-side using the gateway signature before access is granted.
Pending payments
A pending payment does not grant access. Access is granted as soon as the gateway confirms success.
Failed and cancelled payments
Failed or cancelled payments do not create any charge on your account. You can retry from the order page.
Duplicate payments
If you were charged twice for the same order, contact support with both transaction references for a full refund of the duplicate.
Coupons and discounts
Coupon codes are validated at checkout. Invalid, expired or exhausted codes are rejected before payment.
Taxes
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Receipts and invoices
Every successful payment generates a receipt available in your dashboard.
Payment retries
Unpaid orders can be retried until they expire from the retry page in your dashboard.
